Care Team

We serve congregants who need extra support, who may need help with a ride after they leave the hospital to get to doctor’s appointments, the pharmacy, grocery store, services or another CRJ event. We also help congregants who may need meals delivered to their home after a hospital stay or giving birth.

Do you or someone you know need CARE Team’s help?

We will match volunteers to help fellow congregants with the following:

Driving to the doctor or the grocery store.
Driving to CRJ services or another synagogue event.
Preparing and/or delivering meals.
