Are you interested in a future role as a CRJ committee or subcommittee chair, event coordinator or Board member? Please join us for this 4 part series of one hour sessions taught by Rabbi Engel and lay leaders. All sessions are on Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Session I – November 13 – History of CRJ
Who we are: an overview of how CRJ came to be, religiously, in leadership and in bricks and mortar
Session II – January 29 – Governance
How we work: the temple’s governance structure, the roles of professional staff, clergy and lay leaders
Session III – February 26 – Communications
How we communicate: a hands-on workshop focusing on the importance of effective and respectful communications
Session IV – April 9 – Reform Judaism
What we believe: what Reform Judaism teaches us about leadership, change and living a meaningful Jewish life
