Christmas Meals for Seniors

Once again the Holiday season is nearly upon us.  CRJ will partner with Senior’s First, UPS, and Toasted Restaurant to help deliver Meals on Wheels for Christmas day to needy seniors in the area.  We use about 60 volunteer drivers to make this happen.  Drivers meet at CRJ on Christmas day around 10am where they are given meals and a route for delivery.  The routes usually take about 1 hour to complete.  This is a very rewarding experience for volunteers of all ages, including families with kids.  Our seniors appreciate it so much.  If you would like to volunteer, please contact Becky Welch at drbewe@yahoo.com and I will be happy to put you on the list, or answer any questions.
